  • 1 tsp dried parsley

For Serving (Optional):

  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for maximum flavor).

Step 2: Prepare the Coating

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if baking).

Step 3: Coat the Chicken

  1. Remove chicken from the marinade (let excess drip off).

Step 4: Cook the Chicken

Option 1: Bake

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly spray the tenders with cooking oil.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Option 2: Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange tenders in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Option 3: Pan Fry

  • Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry each tender for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Finish and Serve

  1. Transfer cooked chicken to a serving plate.
  2. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  3. Serve hot with ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.

  • Serve with fries, coleslaw, or a side salad for a full meal.
