🔪 Instructions & Method
1. Prepare the Sushi Rice
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add rice and 1ÂĽ cups water to a rice cooker or pot. Cook according to instructions (about 15 minutes simmer, then 10 minutes rest).
- While hot, gently fold in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool to room temperature.
2. Make the Teriyaki Beef
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
