Baked Cauliflower – Better than Meat

1 large head of cauliflower

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 ½ tsp sea salt

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower and cut it into medium florets. Pat dry to ensure crispiness.
